Meet Chris, an accomplished Commercial / Contracts Manager with a background in Quantity Surveying and a career spanning nearly 20 years in the building and infrastructure sectors throughout the UK and Australia. A proven track record of successfully delivering projects on multiple forms of contracts ranging from D&C (Design & Construct), Alliance and ITC contracts (Incentivised Target Cost).
Chris is a strong Commercial professional with excellent communication and leadership qualities enabling him to provide sound commercial advice to both client and commercial teams, encouraging collaboration to drive best for project outcomes.
He has extensive experience in both head contract and subcontract management including but not limited to, procurement, measurement, cost reporting, value engineering and variation/claims management.
Chris joined our team at MBB in 2023.
