Project Overview
The Southern Program Alliance comprises partners Lendlease, Acciona, Coleman Rail, WSP and Metro Trains Melbourne and forms part of the Victorian Government’s $8.6 billion program of works for the Level Crossing Removal project.
We have been tasked with supporting the removal of various dangerous level crossings in the Mornington Peninsula area. This will improve safety and wellbeing by separating trains from traffic, reducing congestion, providing upgraded road networks and new train stations. The project will also help connect communities and support urban regeneration.
Project Scope
Mbb provided a range of services to the Southern Program Alliance. First, we provided procurement setup services in support of the initial works package. The scope has since grown significantly; our consultants provide a range of services, including delivery and construction planning, project controls, commercial management, cost planning and financial reporting.
