MBB were engaged to provide Capital Works Program Management services in 2019
MBB has been appointed to provide guidance and oversee the Mitchell Shire Council's Capital Works Program, which is a crucial part of the Council's Long-Term Infrastructure Plan 2022-2033. Our primary responsibility is to collaborate with the Council to develop a comprehensive capital works program that covers the 2022/23 fiscal year and beyond. This program will be categorised by expenditure type and funding source.
MBB has been instrumental in advising the Council on prioritising and managing its infrastructure projects and programs planned for delivery over the next ten years. Our team continues to deliver exceptional value to the Council by helping them plan for the appropriate infrastructure at the appropriate time, in the appropriate locations, and in a manner that represents the best value for money and sustainable use of resources.
Our services include prioritising and progressing key strategic projects, planning infrastructure renewals, and overseeing the project management of general infrastructure works.
