Project Overview
The North East Link Project is the largest infrastructure project in Victorian history, described as the missing link between the Metropolitan Ring Road and the Eastern Freeway & Eastlink toll roads in south-eastern Melbourne.
Project Scope
Since 2019, we’ve been heavily involved in the provision of constructability advice, planning, cost estimation and commercial planning services for the SPARK consortium. We have been working closely on the Eastern Freeway, tunneling works, the Manningham Interchange and the M80 interchange works.
Initially, we worked on the project’s bid phase, providing constructability, planning, and delivery services. Since then, we’ve grown our offering to procurement and commercial services, in addition to the engineering support provided to the Manningham Interchange site.
