Project Overview
Since 2019, we have consistently exceeded expectations and delivered results on behalf of UMS for APP and AGPC. Working under time constraints, our delivery team has been influential in the project management and delivery of civil and building infrastructure associated with the Australian Formula One Grand Prix, continuing to provide value year on year.
Project Scope
Our key responsibilities included; project management, procurement, planning, financial management and reporting on the following scoped items on behalf of the AGPC:
- Civil: setting up track infrastructure and gravel tracks, associated civil works and F1 media building slab
- Grounds: grounds maintenance and track ground presentation of Albert Park, including remediation after the event.
- Traffic Management: managing traffic during pre and post event works site wide
- Services Buildings
- Internal fit out and upgrade of various team management facilities
- Track works
- Civil and landscaping
