We are pleased to introduce Daniel Papantoniou, our new Project Manager at MBB Consulting.

Daniel is a highly effective Project Manager with significant experience in civil infrastructure projects ranging from planning, design, procurement and construction. His expertise spans multiple sectors including civil infrastructure, road safety education and aviation. He has a proven track record of maximising value and collaborating to achieve industry leading outcomes. Daniel has excellent management, negotiation and communication skills and builds productive working relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues alike.

Welcome to the MBB team @Daniel!

A little more about Daniel

Little bit on where you’re from. Melbourne Born? or have you travelled from another state / country?
Born and raised in Melbourne, with Greek heritage in the family.

Outside interests & hobbies

I enjoy travelling and have been to the last 2 World Cups in Brazil 2014 and Moscow 2018, and I play football (soccer) for a team in Yarraville. I also support the Mighty Pies and Chelsea Football Club.

What inspired you to become a Construction Professional?

I’ve always had an interest in construction and the delivery of projects. I thoroughly enjoy being across all aspects on a project and managing risks, change and stakeholders. It’s a great feeling looking back at a successful project and recognising what worked well and wanting to implement those learnings to perform even better next time.

What do you love about the industry & the work you do?

I love delivering infrastructure for the community that I know will have long lasting positive impacts such as the Continuous Flexible Barrier Program. I also love the variety the job brings as a Project Manager. We are always learning and faced with new challenges every day, but we know from previous experience we have the skills, critical thinking and agility required to pivot and find the best solutions for our Clients
