Introducing MBB’s Senior Project Manager, Andrew Lear

Andrew is a driven and passionate Senior Project Manager, with extensive project management and civil engineering experience.

Over the past 16 years, he has successfully managed numerous projects of varying size and complexity, in both civil infrastructure and land development gaining considerable knowledge across project planning, development, design and construction phases.

Since joining MBB in 2017, he has been integral in the planning and development of the Safe Road Infrastructure Program (SSRIP) and ‘Keeping Ballarat Moving’ program for Department of Transport.

His collaborative approach combined with his strengths in driving teams to deliver and ensuring superior management across quality, safety, program, and cost control allows him to continually deliver great outcomes and optimal value for clients.
