Phil has over 13 years of experience working for both clients and contractors in both Australia and the UK as a quantity surveyor for major infrastructure projects in the road, rail, health, energy, commercial, and residential sectors for many of Australia's top Tier 1 contractors, including CPB, John Holland, Downer, and WBHO.
Joining MBB in 2023, Phil not only has a great eye for high-quality commercial management, programming, design, and overall project delivery, he is widely renowned for his procurement, contractual, and commercial skill sets.
