Janelle began working in the construction industry in 2005, moving into a safety professional role in 2008 and joining MBB as a Senior Safety Consultant in 2022. Her extensive experience includes developing and implementing safety systems and strategies, investigating and reporting incidents, auditing systems and processes, facilitating risk assessments, and mentoring and coaching line leaders.
