Conor Maunsell is one of our team Senior Quantity Surveyors who joined the industry in 2008. Conor brings a wealth of broad commercial expertise from significant rail, energy, and infrastructure projects in Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
Conor joined MBB’s commercial division in 2021 and has recently worked as a Senior Contracts Administrator for both the Gippsland Line Upgrade (GLU) and the Warrnambool Line Upgrade (WLU) Projects, which are both part of the Regional Rail Revival Program resulting in a greater frequency of trains running from Melbourne and Gippsland and Warrnambool respectively.
Conor is an advocate for collaboration among major project participants and stakeholders, and consistently promotes the early detection and resolution of contract, scope or cost issues. His unwavering commitment to good culture, combined with a thorough understanding of legal, contractual and commercial issues, positions him as an effective commercial consultant across all delivery models.
