MBB attended the 2023 NAWIC Awards Night. It was rewarding to see so many talented and passionate women from all over the industry coming together to share their expertise, stories and visions for the future of construction.
The diversity of skills and experiences on display was truly impressive. It's clear that women are making their mark and breaking barriers in construction, and MBB is proud to be a part of this movement!
We had the chance to connect with empowering individuals, exchange ideas, and discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion in our field. It's events like these that remind us of the incredible talent that exists within our industry and the unlimited potential for growth and innovation when we all work together.
