Introducing Senior Project Manager, Nick Edwards

Nick possesses a broad range of talents and experience across both the client side and contractor sectors, ranging from blue-chip major infrastructure, mining, brownfields rail, to VicRoads infrastructure, urban development and building.

Since joining MBB in 2017 Nick has been engaged across a variety of civil and construction projects, including the Safe System Road Infrastructure Program (SSRIP) where he assisted with procurement strategy and structuring, developed and managed Master Scheduling controls, established and implemented cost control and forecasting structure and mechanisms.

More recently has been engaged as a Senior Project Manager for the Cladding Safety Victoria Program where he managed a team of in-house Project Managers delivering multiple cladding rectification projects, whilst delivering a number of these directly.

Nick consistently demonstrates exceptional performance levels, leading project teams to success across a range of projects.
