Introducing our new Contracts Manager, Arthur Pandolas

We are pleased to introduce Arthur Pandolas who joined us here at MBB Consulting as a Senior Consultant / Contracts Manager.

Arthur has over 36 years’ experience in all facets of Contract and Commercial Management within the Construction and Engineering industry, successfully representing Tier One Main Contractors, high profile Clients and International Project Management firms at the highest level in Australia and the Middle East.

Utilising a range of Construction Contracts including EPC/ Turnkey Projects Contracts, Construction Contracts on a Fixed Price Lump Sum including Provisional and Prime Cost Amounts and Contracts with considerable alterations to reflect specific Employer’s requirements.

He is a hands on and self-motivated individual, with sound commercial awareness and with excellent skills in all aspects of contracts administration and brings proven commercial and contracts management experience upon large-scale, high-pressure infrastructure and building projects. He has solid and proven experience managing the procurement process from request to tender, bid evaluation, contract negotiations recommendation, and contract award.
