The delivery phase is comprised of seven stages that ensure efficient and successful project delivery. Our team provides a wide range of services, including project engineering support, project management and superintendence, site supervision, safety management, contract and commercial management, design management, and construction surveillance and quality inspections. Our goal is to reduce overall project risk, accelerate turnaround times, and maximize successful project outcomes for our clients.
Project Engineering Support
Our team largely originate from civil contracting backgrounds, which has been integral in establishing our reputation. We provide engineers to our clients across a wide range of infrastructure sectors, with industry leading skill sets and experience in engineering project delivery.
Project Management / Superintendancy
Our project management team effectively oversee and manage timelines, project schedules, tasks and budgets across both construction and civil infrastructure sectors.
Site supervision
Our expertise lies in building site supervision, civil and structural scope delivery, safety and quality inspection services.
Safety Management
Working cohesively with client and delivery teams, we employ our wide range of safety management accreditations in order to maintain and improve minimum safety levels across the following sectors: building construction, rail, roads, ports and maritime, and regional capital delivery with the Department of Transort. We carry various accreditations, including ISO45001 OHS, and our safety team all carry Certificate IV in OHS as a minimum.
Contract and Commercial management
Our intimate understanding of contractual risk and sub contract behaviour allows us to conduct supply chain engagement, scope development, contract negotiation and administration with ease.
Design Management
We effectively manage the design process with all stakeholders in order to reduce overall project risk, accelerate turnaround times and maximise successful project outcomes for our clients.
Construction Surveillance and Quality Inspections
Our team largely hail from the private sector, having spent considerable time in delivery supervisor roles, allowing us to effectively collaborate with contractors, promote industry leading safety standards and continously act in the best interest of our clients.
