Meet Megan, an experienced Safety Manager with a demonstrated track record of success in delivering large-scale projects for the Government and tier 1 construction industry.
With a deep expertise in Workplace Health, Wellbeing & Safety, Safety Management Systems, Safety Culture, Rail & Building Safety, HSE Auditing, and Environmental Awareness, Megan] has established herself as a leader in the field.
In 2022, Megan joined MBB Consulting as the Safety Manager for VicConnect, a consortium consisting of UGL Limited, Decmil, and Arup. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all workers involved in the Gippsland Rail Line Upgrade project, overseeing the implementation of safety protocols and procedures, and managing risk mitigation strategies.
